Common questions

How are minutes counted?

Connected talk time is billed. The estimator multiplies your expected minutes by the per-minute rate of the model, voice, telephony, and add-ons you select.

Does billing continue after a transfer?

Airtorch minutes stop when the agent leaves the bridge. Time the caller spends with your teammate is on your existing phone system.

Am I charged for silence or hold?

Short pauses inside a live turn are part of the call. A caller left on hold after a transfer is not billed as agent time.

What about failed calls and voicemail?

Calls that never connect are not billed. A voicemail the agent leaves is billed for the length of that message.
